Language Requirements and Entrance Exams
Language requirements at the Medical University of Warsaw (WUM) depend on the selected program and the language of instruction.
Programs in Polish:
✔️ Language level: Applicants must prove Polish language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
✔️ Proof of proficiency:
- Certificate: Preferably issued by the State Commission for the Certification of Proficiency in Polish as a Foreign Language (Państwowa Komisja Poświadczania Znajomości Języka Polskiego).
- Internal exam: If a certificate is not available, WUM may conduct an oral internal examination that assesses comprehension in science subjects, including chemical nomenclature. The test covers listening, reading, grammar, and speaking. A minimum of 60 out of 100 points is required to pass.
