What if my Student Visa gets rejected?

Visa rejections are rare for our clients because we prepare a "bulletproof" document package that meets all Embassy requirements. However, if a rejection does occur, we do not abandon you. We provide free legal support to draft an official appeal to the Consul or help you prepare documents for a second application.

Can I apply remotely from my home country?

You can apply from anywhere in the world! 100% of the initial process—consultations, university selection, contract signing, and document preparation—is done online. We currently work with students from over 20 countries. We will meet you in person at the Warsaw airport once your Visa is approved.

Do I need to speak Polish to study and live in Poland?

Not at all. Polish universities offer hundreds of excellent degree programs taught entirely in English (English Medium of Instruction). Furthermore, Warsaw is a highly international European capital where English is widely spoken in banks, shops, and hospitals. You will easily overcome the language barrier.

Are there any hidden fees besides your agency fee?

No hidden fees. Our agency fee is strictly fixed in the contract and never changes. However, please note that there are mandatory third-party costs that you pay directly to the institutions: University application fees (approx. €50-200), Embassy visa fees (approx. €50-150), medical insurance, sworn translation services, and document shipping if required.

How do I know your agency is legitimate and not a scam?
