Consultation on document recognition (nostrification)
We offer detailed consultations on the entire process of nostrification of your diploma or certificate, which is an essential requirement for obtaining a student visa and recognition of your education in Poland. Nostrification is conducted through a state authority under the Ministry of Education of Poland.
Document collection and submission for nostrification
We assist you in gathering all required documents for nostrification, organizing their certified translation, and scheduling the submission at Kuratorium Oświaty. We will guide you throughout the process to avoid any bureaucratic issues.
Meeting at the airport/train station upon arrival
Once you have been accepted to the university and obtained a visa, we can meet you at the airport or train station upon your arrival, ensuring you do not feel lost in a new country without internet or local contacts. This service also helps to reassure your parents. We will accompany you to your accommodation and assist with check-in.
Accommodation selection and booking, assistance with moving in
Having a place to stay is a key part of your relocation. We will help you select and book housing, whether it’s a student dormitory or a room in a shared apartment. It's important to book early, as the best dormitories are often reserved six months to a year before the start of the academic year.
Package price
Before making a payment, we will conclude a contract with you. For more trustworthy relation to us, payment for our services is made in 2 stages:
1. Upon signing the contract, a first installment of 40% of the package (€390) is paid
2. The second installment of 60% of the package (€600) is paid upon receipt of the Acceptance Letter from the university.
According to the contract, payment may be made by bank transfer to the account number or in any other way convenient for both Parties.
